Purchase a padded envelope (Do not use regular letter envelope or it may get shredded in mail sorters). Padded envelopes can be found at the Post Office, UPS, Wal-Mart, and Target.

Write your address in the upper left hand corner of envelope (see above). Then write our address in the middle of envelope (see above):

Place a $1.30 minimum in postage in the upper right hand corner of envelope (see above).

Write your e-mail address, what rosters you are purchasing, and your mailing address on a piece of paper (see below) and place inside envelope. Please write legibly

Place your payment of *Pre-Sale Price $15.00 dollars and your memory card inside envelope. Make checks out to Fkrosters.com (We accept cash, check, and money order). Remember this a pre-sale. Rosters will be completed shortly after July 15, 2008.
